I have a SKY account, so have an iD, trying to link new SIM card, but my verification keeps failing. All my details are correct.I've no idea where to look for advice - what to try next. TIA#

Hi @Mem1 i would either call sky (on 150 from a sky sim if you have another one) or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to get help from sky.
