Mobile carrier transfer

hi i have swapped over to sky mobile (sim only) today i had my old service working until sky e mailed to say my number had been ported over since then I have no mobile access to make calls my retained number is showing as primary on phone settings and data is shown under sky temporary number??

Can anyone offer a solution ?

If your phone is an iphone then give this a try:

 

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
