VIP member but charged £2 roaming in Greece

Supposed to get free roaming in 120 countries(inc Greece) as a VIP member but was charged the £2/day roaming passport fee whilst in holiday in Parga, Greece in July? Why might this be?

Also, it didn't start until late July.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Either your VIP level is not diamond or you were on holiday before this started which was July.
