Sim NotWorking

Hi Sky .  My wife's phone has not been transferred over to us from Vodaphone to Sky leaving her totally with without any phone service at all so she can't make any phone calls text or emails and we can't get in contact with you ..

Yesterday I put the SKY SIM IN MY MOBILE .. My SIM is not working and I cannot make calls  !! and I am not able to use it at all as Vodaphone as disconnected us !! so now we have no mobiles so we can ring you and get this sorted. We are both in our 70s and are very disappointed with what is going on !! last afternoon. I tried to contact you via your IA they said I had to wait 70 minutes and in the end it was more like two/3.  hours before they cut me off as it went into their closing time ..

yesterday now not having no mobile connection a friend of mine came down and I used his phone to get through to a Sky  representation !! after three hours and 20 minutes I still haven't got any activation so I still cannot make calls !! MY PHONE NOW HAS A SKY SIM  !! my friend had to leave, but I've been told the charge of three hours and 20 minutes will be charged to him. I'm hoping this will be waived as that is totally not right  !!

today is Wednesday we have no Mobile that is making a call out. I have no way of contacting Sky apart from this !!!!! will Sky please sort out my two Sims as soon as possible PLEASE !!

as I need my phone big time !!!!!!
please can someone contact me otherwise we are considering going back to Vodaphone !!!😕😞

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

No one from Sky will contact you as a result of posting on here. Any Sky account/s you may have are not linked to your Community Forum username so no one knows who you are.

These are the current methods available for contacting Sky. Depending on the reason for making contact some will be more appropriate than others.

🟢📞 Call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a working Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you’re a Sky Broadband customer. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

🟢online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🟢Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟢Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on Facebook or Instagram, (links at the bottom of the forum page).

♦️Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of any link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines have different operating hours to the UK and are closed over a weekend.
