Using mobile abroad

how much would it cost me to use my mobile data abroad ? I'm going to Morocco

It will be expensive as it is a "Rest of the World" destination:

£2.16 per mb of Data (not Gb)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)

It is advised that you get a local sim while out there and use that or make sure mobile data and roaming is off and only use Wifi.

yes I agree that's very expensive!!

last time I went abroad sky offered me a £2 a day deal, is this not a thing anymore or is it because of the location?

The £2 a day charge still applies to most European countries and around 10 or so from other locations around the world like the USA and Australia but sadly for you Morocco isn't one if them !
