I have been looking for a way to change my delivery date with dpd on a product that i ordered from sky. However no matter where i go on the dpd website there is no option for this, as im away working and only home at weekends usually this is really not helpful for me as i dont have anyone that could wait in for it either. I was just wondering if anyone at sky would be able to get in contact and sort the delivery out with a different courier or nake it so collection was possible

Is there no one else that will be at home and that has the same surname as you and with their own ID if the courier asks to see it because if so that can receive the delivery for you.
