@pintejozef7 As per @SKY1992bf post you can't add chargeable items to Sky sim plan as this isn't something Sky do

PS your post has been moved from the Sky Q board as your query is unrelated to the TV service/Box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
