Upgrading phone
So when it comes to upgrading at no extra cost, do I just have to be in the 24th month in my contract, or do I have to be on the exact date of which I started the contract? When looking to upgrade a couple weeks ago I selected to trade my current phone in for the new one and the phone was valued at like £234 or something like that and there's still over £400 left to pay off, but now when do that process, my phone's value is now just whats left in total to pay off (the £400+) does this mean I can now upgrade at no extra cost? I want to upgrade but can't afford to then be hit with a bill of a couple hundred pound because I actually upgraded a bit too early

Re: Upgrading phone
If you are on Swap24 then it is a 36 month contract so you can upgrade whenever you want.
If the phone is valued at £234 and you have £400 to pay off then the difference should go go ahead and do this will be added to your next available bill.

Re: Upgrading phone
Hi @L-Dog1999 mine was the same at my last swap, leading up to the 24 months the swap value was lower than the remaining balance but once I reached the swap window the value was the same as the balance. If that's what it's now showing for you then you should be able to swap at no extra cost (provided the phone isn't damaged and sky confirm the value). If the valuation is less than the the balance then as mentioned by @caesarome the difference is added to your next bill.
