Upgraded phone

Hi, I've just upgraded to the iPhone 17 air. There was no option for a data plan when u purchased, will my old tariff just roll over to the new phone ? Also, I go to Mexico soon, what will the roaming charges be as I can't find anywhere on your website.

Hi @Graham+Wellings  if you didn't add a plan then yes your current plan will carry forward, the iPhone air is esim only so you will need to convert the sim to esim when the phone arrives and you are setting up. Yes there are roaming charges in Mexico, see page 12 below. The charges are very expensive, over £2000 per gig of data. I advise turning off roaming and mobile data in the phone settings then activate flight mode, before leaving the UK, in the air or on arrival can be too late, then just turn on WiFi when it's available.
