Upgraded phone charged twice

Hello. 
I upgraded beginignofndecember and sent my old phone back. 
had an email confirmation from sky before Christmas that it was all done and nothing left to pay, but I've been charged on my January bill for both phones

This can and does happen due to the fact your returned phone has yet to be inspected and this usually takes 2-3 weeks but might take a little longer due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, any overpayment should be refunded by the way of a credit being added to your account so keep an eye on your future bills.
