Upgraded phone and still paying old contract

Upgraded my phone some months ago and returned old phone and stilll paying old contract on my bill

Hi @NickyBM  it can take 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed and depending on the billing dates then that may extend to two months that you would pay, any overpayment would be refunded . If it's more than that the check future bills and call sky on 150 for help.
