Upgraded data plan

I have just upgraded to a 50gb sim and tried to activate. Phone and text are working but data is not

Can you explain in more detail what you've done?

 

(I'm guessing you ordered a new dataplan but activated it as a replacement?)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
