I'm away from Uk and I've received an email saying my account is going up. I want to contact sky to say I'm not happy staying with them and want to give notice that I want to leave but can't sort it out until I get back to the UK in March. Is there any way I can contact them? My number doesn't work abroad

Hi @Abroad-contact if you can't call (that is the option sky say in the correspondence) then you could try the social media links at the bottom of this page. Sky may insist on you calling though.
