I thought I upgraded on the app. But my wife has pointed out it looks like new phone and new sim. And on my mysky app it says activate new sim. I dont want 2 sims or plans. I just want new phone.
shall i cancel the new one as within 14 days. Or can you do something?

If you didn't then you've simply purchased a new device... (And will be paying for 2 phones and 2 SIMs)
