Upgrade

Sky has sent me a link for a mobile upgrade, when I try to do the upgrade the app will not progress the order? But it says I'm due an upgrade??

If you use this link then further down the page is an option to swap or upgrade so see if that works:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-upgrades

 

If it doesn't then call Sky on 150 as they should be able to place the upgrade order for you.
