Major issues with sky mobile
I have been unable to access my sky mobile account on the app or website for over 6 weeks now. I can't check my bill even though it was over £50 more than normal. I can't roll data from piggy bank for teenagers and the one time I was able to contact an agent although they were helpful they said it would be fixed and that was 2 weeks ago and now can't get through to anyone. I have even put in a complaint and haven't recived any response. Fuming now is an understatement. Can anyone suggest anything to help ???

When you go to access your account on the app or website what is happening ?

On the app the mobile part just asks to link account and then says already linked and on the web when I log in the website I can't click on mange it just resets the whole page. I can't click see my sky tv and broadband details but nothing to do with mobile and I mange my 2 children's sims as well as my own and my last bill was significantly higher and I can't check why and two of us have run out of data and I can't use my piggy bank

That suggests you are not using the correct login details to access your asccount so do you have another login/email address that you can use ?

I have just spent over 2hrs on chat with a lovely customer service lady and still unable to rectify now being escalated. But have some data rolled over

I'm having ectly the same problem. I get to my sky app ok but it won't let me look at my mobile to top up or look at my mobile spend now. It used to before I got a new iPad. It has never worked on my actual phone though. So tiresome.

I got a new iPad. Since then if I go into My Sky and click on mobile it doesn't go to my mobile account and asks me to link to it. I do that and it comes back saying I'm already linked but I still can't get to my mobile account, bills and roll over piggy bank etc.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
