Upgrade
I've upgraded a phone in my plan and opted to keep the handset. Will the outstanding balance on the old handset be taken off my next bill? Or do I pay it separately, it's unclear?

You will continue to make normal payments on your old phone as usual until the balance is cleared, I.e. you'll pay for 2 phones for a while

You can clear the balance if you wish - call them if so. (150 is the number)
