Upgrade

When trying to upgrade my phone it keeps coming up with 'technical error' it states this is a sky problem ? Please advise how I can proceed

Hi @Lynn181  make sure you are logged into your account and also try incognito mode on your browser, if it's still happening then you need to call sky on 150 for help placing the order.
