Hi when I'm trying to upgrade my tablet to a new phone it keeps saying something went wrong please try again later why is this

If it says your account is already linked then are you signed in with the correct username or email address, if you believe you are then to get some help with the upgrade give Sky a call on 160 who should be able to place this order for you.
