When my son's school tries to call me it won't connect. The call flashes briefly on the screen and leaves a missed call trace but it doesn't ring. At their end it makes no noise but the seconds begin to count. I really need to be able to answer calls. I've turned the phone on and off. I've saved the number as a contact. Checked it's not blocked. But no joy.
