Upgrade

I can't upgrade online when logged into my account, I have tried for weeks now and have done all the suggestions, tried different browsers, cleared caches, tried on the app.

Why, what is happening ?

 

If you can't upgrade for whatever reason then call Sky on 150 as they should be able to put the upgrade through for you.

I get this error message each time: 

 

Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now

Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account.

 

They have checked my account and everything is fine, I would prefer to do the upgrade online without having to call. It seems to be a problem with the website and app that surely needs fixing.

Doing it over the phone will be the only way to do this if this error doesn't go away.
