Upgrade

Hi there


just wondering whether I've done this right. Im out of contract and want to keep my number I just wanted to upgrade phone so I managed device, clicked I don't need a plan and then followed through with the order.

 

But when will my new payments start to be taken and when will my £22 stop? I believe I only pay for the sim now I hope that £22 won't go on top of the £26 I'm already paying.

You have done everything correct regarding the sim as you can move it from your previous phone to your new one.

 

Regarding the billing there might be a crossover when you are charged for both your old phone and new one but it will work itself out over the following months bills so going forward you will only be charged for the new phone and sim.
