I'm swapping my iPhone 13 for an iPhone 14 Plus. Do I need to buy a new sim or can I use the sim I've got now. TIA

If you are happy with the sim package you have got then you can use the sim you have in your new phone so when doing the swap select the "I don't need a sim" or similar option.

I've already done the swap and it hasn't said anything about a sim. Will it be after ? I do want a new sim so is it worth just buying it?

If you just ordered the new phone then you will be fine and even if a sim turns up as well as your new phone all you need to do is to not activate that sim then it would be cancelled by Sky.
