Upgrade to swap device

Im trying yo upgrade my device but it gets so far amd says technical error i refresh the page but it continues to do so

I can't upgrade so many times o try but can't upgrade actually I don't know lot of time i have did follow instruction but can't upgrade right now should i do

What's happening when you try? Are you failing the credit checks?

Hi @Tuhin1  if you are failing the credit checks there is nothing you can do other than use a credit agency to try and see why. Sky or anyone here won't be able to tell you why. Repeated attempts and failures will make it worse.
