just ordered the iphone 16 pro max on a 36 month contract and the only thing that needs doing is for me to sign my credit agreement but everytime i press the link it just takes me back to the mobile homepage ive even tried using diffrent devices and browsers and still nothing ?

Yes mate the same thing happens when I press the link I'll press on the sign my credit agreement page then it takes me right back to the mobile homepage ?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:
