Upgrade phone

I have my phone and I pay for 2 of my kids phones, the one is working now wants to upgrade her iPhone 11 to a 16 when I click upgrade it's not allowing me to go any further, it's like glitching between please wait and the next screen, can anyone advise what might be wrong? Many thanks

As customers here we can't say what is happening but glitches like this do get reported on here so all we can suggest is that you call Sky on 150 as Sky support shoulod be able to help you to upgrade the phone.
