Dpd switched my label on new handset and I received someone’s medication.
I received what I thought was my new handset on Monday. Only to come home and find out it wasn't my phone but someone's medication.
having a closer look my label had been removed as on the label it's states it was a phone! But what I uncovered was another label under mine, where do i stand with sky for the phone being replaced. Also I have reported this straight away.

Nothing will happen until Sky have conducted an investigation alongside DPD. I'd imagine that could take a few weeks if not longer.
