Upgrade phone

 My contract states that after 24 months, I can swap my phone. Please could you let me know when this will be and if there is any chance I can swap this slightly earlier?

Hi @PalomaHunter  open the my sky app or login to your account, go to the mobile tab then choose the device in question, then look at the payments tab to see your payments so far and how many left. You should be able to swap early but as the contract is based on your old phone paying off the old contract when you send it back then there could be an additional payment required which would be added to your next bill and must be paid in one go. You can start a swap but don't complete and it will show the costs involved.
