E sim issues

I got my esim and I have installed in my phone but still was having issues with the network so I called your customer service provider and they guided me well and my e sim got installed accurately. They said after 2 hours will be on network but it's been more than 2 hours but I am still not registered on any network I can't make calls I can't even connect to the Internet it's exhausting now. I can't even make call to their customer service again as I was using someone's else phone.
