Upgrade on my family plan

Hi, I will keep it simple, I have 5 devices on a family plan - I am due / eligible for an upgrade, i have upgraded the first phone and now the website is saying i have reached the maximum amount i can have and i am unable to upgrade the other 4 phones.... i have 5 iphone 11's and want to upgrade to iphone 14 - customers services are too busy to talk to me.....

You will need to talk to Sky to do this, 150 is the free number to use. Quieter times are apparently after 9pm or when the lines open at 7am.
