I have a phone on my devices that I haven’t even ordered

I'm trying to upgrade a phone bug it says I have too many but one of them I haven't even got

There's 4 people in it and we all have a phone but there's an extra one in that shouldn't be there and it's stopping me from upgrading

Hi @Ian+fearn  if you are unable to do it online then call sky on 150 to get help placing the order.
