Hi, I will keep it simple, I have 5 devices on a family plan - I am due / eligible for an upgrade, i have upgraded the first phone and now the website is saying i have reached the maximum amount i can have and i am unable to upgrade the other 4 phones.... i have 5 iphone 11's and want to upgrade to iphone 14 - customers services are too busy to talk to me.....
