Upgrade needed for mobile

I cannot access tgd upgrade for my mobile. My Agreement ended in November.

If you have paid off your mobile in full then it is now to late to upgrade it as you can only do this when you are still paying for it. There is nothing from stopping you from placing a new order though of which you will be credit checked of which you will need to pass.
