Upgrade mix up
I saw that I could upgrade so I ordered an iPhone 16. I didn't go through the upgrade protocol like I should have. I would like to keep my old device. What do I do? I want to stay with Sky Mobile as it's a pretty good deal

Hi @Jen797 if you agreed to swap but have changed your mind then you need to call sky on 150 to tell them. You will then have two monthly payments for your devices.
