I can't seem to get my mobile bills on my sky, in either of my devices, keep trying to get it to connect with the tv and the mobile and it just keeps telling me am activated, I have been able to see my bills in a long time, I have tried everything, and life is far to short on my day off to sit and wait at least 30 mins to talk to a human
