Upgrade issues

I currently have 5 things out with sky, but of of them is my daughters phone 

it's her birthday I'm looking to upgrade it.. here's my issue 

 

I want to upgrade and send the phone back and pay the difference but it won't let me because I have 5 items ... but I'm just swapping the 5th technically if that makes sense 

 

anyway around this?!

Hi @BeckyMotton  the only thing you can do is call sky on 150 to see if they can help you. As you are at your 5 limit then you can't upgrade online until one is cleared and it isn't cleared until after you complete the upgrade.
