Have you reported the stolen one to Sky so they can block it because if so that will need doing.
And you might want to register the stolen device here:

Nobody here can say for sure if you will pass the credit checks but there is nothing from stopping you from ordering another one but as you might beware you will have to pay for this and the lost one uf you do pass the checks when ordering a new device.
