Upgrade early

I have upgraded early decided to keep my old phone and pay £200 on my next bill to clear it and I have taken out a new phone with sky. Now it's now showing this it just says my bills for the next 7 months will contain both phones. Any help

Are you sure the £200 has cleared what you owed against the phone as usually the best way to do this would be by calling Sky as it is quite easy to instead of paying a phone off but instead put a £200 credit on your account so does your bill show any credit on it ?
