No able to view mobile data

I had the same query a year ago which I was told was fixed, however nothing has changed. I login on the my sky app and go to mobile, nothing comes up. So I go to link my mobile account and it says it's already linked. So then I go to the mobile homepage and it won't let me on the manage page. I have tried this on all 3 account that could possibly be related to my mobile plan however it's all the same situation. I'm sure I must have like 400gb in my piggyback which I can't use for going abroad and the like because I can't view my mobile data/ piggyback.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

I have had the same problem for four weeks sky are refusing to help and in one of the phones the data won't even work so the phone is useless when outside the house! Been on the phone to sky they are saying they can't fix it but I still have to pay for a phone I can't use
