Contacted Sky to accept VIP offer of upgrading Sim to 10gb for £5 per month.
Was this an offer you have seen in the app as usually such offers only apply when taking out and paying for a new sim as it doesn't usually apply to a sim you already have so did Sky say they will apply this to your existing sim ?

I took out two of these sims 10gig for £5 . But the offer is only available to new sim contracts.
If you change to a different data you lose the offer.

I spoke to Sky rep on the phone, they told me I could have the offer on both my wife and my sims.
My wife's has changed to 10gb for £5, but mine has changed to 10gb for £12, and They have already taken it via my direct debit mandate. I complained about this via various commnication options immediately, as I saw on the app what was happening.
I have sencopies other emails th sent to me confirming the offer had been applied to both Sim cards, but currently nothing has changed.
Promises from various departments have not been followed through, I have alsobeen accused of not providing adequate information about my subscriptions, but have email proof certain info was not initially requested.
Football fans are right " "Sky is Fxxxxxg Sxxt".
