Upgrade Phone
24 Months today of having my phone.
I only have the phone, no data or anything else.
it won't allow me to upgrade and not sure why.
any ideas?
I've tried 150 and it calls EE

Hi @PaigeMeek if your sim isn't with sky then it won't phone sky CS on 150. If you use the link below, scroll to the bottom and click on need more help and there will be a number there you can call.

You will not be able to call Sky on 150 if the sim in it is from a differenr network because as you have discovered it will go to that network.
Under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
