Activating new phone please help

Hello

I have ordered my new mobiles 2 1 for myself myself daughter

We want to keep put numbers so will be getting a pac code

Does the new phone come with a sim in it already? If so do I activate this online and can I keep using my old phone and number until its transferred please?

I'm confused

@Stargemz83  The phones don't have sims in them (except of course an esim)  have you also ordered a data plan for each device or do you already have sims, if not, you would need to do so.

 

This can be a physical sim or esim depending on the phone you have please see the helpful guides here Setting up Sky Mobile | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

If your phone numbers are already with Sky then all you need to do is to move the sims to your new phones when they turn up. Then do not activate the sims that come with your new phones otherwise you will be paying for them as well as the two you already have.

So I need to put the sim cards in they come with and activate online is this correct?

 

They are both same phone and and will this be confusing when I activate 

 

Moving from another provider so I know a pac code is needed 

 

And can I keep my existing phone and sim until number transfers?
