Update on an order.

Hello, 

 

I ordered two new phone on the 2nd of January. One was a swap and one was an upgrade. 
I signed the credit agreement on the 4th for both of the phones and I then received an email saying the swap was confirmed and completed but then I received a second email to said the phone I was upgrading to an iPhone 17 pro had been cancelled. 
I never cancelled the ordered I signed the credit agreement so I want to know what has gone on and I still want the phone on the deal agreed.

As we are customers here all we can suggest is you call Sky on 150 to ask them why this has been cancelled as usually it will be for one of two reasons, either a lack of stock or more than likely is that you failed the deeper credit checks that take place after you had signed the credit agreement as this can and does happen.
