Was in domestic abuse situation and no longer have the one phone. I am still paying for it and cannot afford to live but I can't carry on paying for a phone I do not have is causing me financial struggle.. My ex partner did something with it and not much I can do as ongoing investigation What do i do

I am really sorry to hear about your current situation. 

My best advice would be to call Sky to discuss the contract and situation to see what support can be offered to you. It may also be worth while letting the authorities know about the contract situation, especially if your ex partner has taken the phone as this would be theft.
