@Callum.89  Offer you see are for new/additional sims.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Callum.89  if it's not showing in your account as an option to change your mix then your other option is to call sky on 150 and ask if they will apply the offer to your sim, they could well say no but you can only ask.
