Hi @Pip7862  if you purchased it from Sky its already unlocked, if you purchased it from elsewhere then you need to go back to them.

@Pip7862  What do you mean by unlock

 

as in unlocking it to use with another provider SIM card (sky mobile phones come unlocked in this regard)

 

or

 

unlocking because you have entered your passcode/biometrics wrong to many times

And if that's the case, remember that Apple is notoriously protective of user data and will provide absolutely no assistance if the login has been lost without a backup: the only option then is a wipe and reset.
