Scammed

My credit score has been massive effected for the last 8 months due to someone opening a Sky mobile account in my name. Sky keep adding it to my credit file after accepting they knew this was not me. What should I do ombudsmen?

@Ashleighb303  You can't approach ombudsman unless you have exhausted Skys official complaints procedure in full
