The piggybank doesn't apply to unlimted data:

Rolling data to your Sky Piggybank is not available on Unlimited Data plans. If you mix from an Unlimited Data plan down to another data plan, you will start to roll data to your Sky Piggybank from when your new plan starts. You will not be able to roll any unlimited data to your Sky Piggybank. Downgrades effective month following selection. If you mix from another data plan up to an Unlimited data plan, you will still have access to your existing Sky Piggybank and can redeem data as usual for as long as it is valid.
