Upgrade phone
Hi, we sent our phone back a week ago and still not heard anything back whether I need to pay anything and if you have received the phone, thank you

If the device was sent back as part of a swap it's taking a few weeks for it to be processed at the warehouse, examined for faults and damage and then it's value ascertained.
