Unhappy at Sky Mobile

You can walk into a shop to talk to someone in other mobile phone firms. I don't want to change but feel I'm being fobbed off. I want information on my account and offers for a new phone for my Wife and myself. I've been happy with Sky but astonished at how they have changed. Time for a change ?
